Being over-weight is a matter of great concern especially for obese and the not so obese people as well. For them, the weight loss tips gains a lot of significance. Most of the tips recommended for weight loss are good. At the outset, one should find out the total calories required per day. This is done as per the formula: Body Weight x 15 + Minutes per Day of Activity x 3.5. Another tip for weight loss is that the person should have at least four to five servings of fruits and vegetables per day. One more tip for weight loss, is to eat less every meal. Eating small frequent meals is another tip for weight loss. Of all the weight loss tips, one of them is also to buy fresh food, rather than going in for tinned, canned or packed food. Fast Food is also to be avoided. Home-cooked meal for lunch does wonders. One more of the so many tips for weight loss, is to avoid being overly restrictive. An important tip for weight loss is to carefully read the instructions on the labels. A product label, which claims that it is fat-free, does not mean that it is low in calories. Likewise, a product labeled as low-sugar or low-carbohydrate also may be misleading. One of the most important tips for weight loss is to avoid having Sugary Juices, Ice-creams & frank sugar in Tea or Coffee. It is imperative that one consumes at least six to eight glasses of water everyday. Of all the weight loss tips, the real one is to religiously follow these weight loss tips, and also understand, that the proof of the pudding is not eating it...!! |
