Nutrition has been the word, which has been the key issue as far as the health and well being of not only the young and the elderly, but for people of all ages. Maintaining good health is absolutely imperative, and that is possible only if the food intake and Nutrition are proper and are as prescribed. The Roots and Tubers, Vegetables, Leafy Vegetables, Nuts and Oilseeds, Milk, Condiments and Spices and Fruits form an essential part of good Nutrition in Vegetarian people. For the Non-Vegetarians, apart from these, Fish and Sea Foods, Flesh Foods, Meat and Poultry products provide us with the required Nutrition. For good Nutrition, apart from the regular diet, there are also medicinal products, which are nutrition supplements. Doctors normally prescribe these to ailing patients.
